Coaching is about you being able to do your best. This is achieved through the formation of a relationship with a coach whereby together you are able to explore the dimensions of your functioning, in order to establish what is going on (what is working and what is not). As limiting paradigms are exposed, your coach assists you to move through these blockages in a fluent and articulated process. Coaching is an outcomes-driven process, where the results are experienced in a clear and often visible form.
