Position Name: LIFE PRODUCTS ADMINISTRATOR

Description:

This position is within the Retail Division of a top Asset Management and Investment company and the candidate will report to the Client Services Manager.  The job requires the candidate to work actively within a team and its daily processes and procedures.  The ideal candidate needs to be flexible, energetic, trustworthy, organized, self-disciplined, and enjoys working in a team environment

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage the processing of all daily subscriptions (new business, ad-hoc deposits, switches, redemptions, transfers, deceased estates & queries) and ensuring this is done accurately and timeously within the given deadlines for the relevant Life Products.

• Manage the correction of all errors in an accurate and timeous manner.

• Reconciliation of all outstanding monies allocated in respect of pending business.

• Managing of pending subscriptions and client follow-ups.

• Managing daily workflow

• Management of Cut-Off times

• Query Management (Timeous resolution of Queries within 48 working hours, Record of Complaints and ensure compliance iro all Business Processes.

• Compliance Issues

• Support fellow team members and Team Coordinator

• To ensure the highest standard of Service Excellence for all the company’s clients.

Relevant Business Degree or Job Related Experience would be an advantage

Sound knowledge of the Life Insurance industry including Pension Funds and the Unit Trust industry would also be an advantage .

Remuneration: Negotiable / Market Related
