Position Name: PARTNER OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Description:

• Provide ongoing support to users of Spotlight and the Company Strategic Lifetime Model
• Rollout the new i-systems to the strategic partners
• Identify opportunities to enhance –systems
• Work with Financial Planning Coaches and Practice Development Managers to align support for each strategic partner

Requirements:

• Matric
• Working knowledge of Spotlight
• SQL knowledge highly advantageous
• 2 – 3 years experience in consulting or accounts management
• IT experience – managing IT projects, testing applications, design requirements
• Must be comfortable with relationship building and liaising with strategic partners
