We are currently looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant, this will involve working with the lead Recruitment Consultant who has 20years of extensive recruitment industry experience. In today’s world of recruitment specialization is key as well as working alongside industry experts – we would offer a fantastic nurturing and supportive working and training environment in the specialist world of Asset Management recruiting.

This job involves:

– sourcing high caliber candidates through various available mediums
– Interfacing with HR and line managers in the financial services industry
– Procurement of high quality Job Specs
– Researching the job profile to understand what you are looking for
– Referral of suitable candidates to our clients according to their job specification
– Conducting in-house database searches for appropriate candidates
– Conducting external research via Internet, Social Media and company websites

– Cold-calling targeted individuals to assess their worthiness in relation to the job spec
– Cold-calling target companies to extract data about potential candidates
– Head-hunting targeted individuals to assess their worthiness for the job spec
– Interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for a specific role
– Quality control of CV’s before they are sent to our client companies
– Negotiation of terms and conditions and remuneration packages

– Experience gained as a recruitment consultant within a recruitment agency is preferable or work experience that relates to HR and working with people in an advisory or consultative environment.

– A stable employment track record that demonstrates an intention to specialise your career in a particular direction
– Excellent communication skills – written and verbal English
– Excellent attention to detail when scrutinising documents
– Good interpersonal skills


– Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry
